Southern Stucco Inc. has been doing business in Tennessee since 1981. My partner, Daro Burt and I are plasterers by trade. We care about what we do, and we believe our success over the years is a measure of that care. Succeeding at something means reaching the goals that have been set. Without clear goals, there is no real measure for success. Whenever we make choices, values have to be weighed and options taken that will give the most benefit to achieving the goals. Too often we are diverted by circumstances that sweep us up in the turmoil of the moment. Bad choices are made that impede our progress instead of enhancing it. Our mission statement is a reflection of our values. Many times people confuse value with dollars. How can something fine be made when "cheap" is the governing measure? At Southern Stucco, we believe that value is measured in things that enhance the quality of our lives first and in dollars last - the "bottom line".
